Certainly a very poor, short-sighted decision, although there are some US Navy personnel there NOW after realizing the mistake they made, hopefully no more dumb choices will be made again as the prior Philippine government was in such staunch denial of the future Chinese threat...

旧海軍時の重巡｢愛宕｣の愛称と同じでしょうか？ ^^; 縁ある者です。

ですよね👌あたごで入力すると、愛宕、愛宕山、愛宕神社、と。日本の護衛艦(本当は軍艦と言いたい🙇)はネーミングセンス👍抜群ですよね‼️

this Destroyer Atago look like the Arliegh Burke class of the US Navy, maybe yes or maybe no? help please.???
The Atago class DDG shares a lot of technology, and design characteristics with the Arleigh Burke class. But they are vastly different vessels. The Atago, and now Maya DDGs are multi role, with a heavy emphasis on ballistic missile defense. The Arleigh Burke however, is in my opinion, more balanced
